I-Care is an independently owned care provider delivering high-quality support services to adults across Wales.

Founded by Kim Fry and co-run with Lisa Taylor,  the two have more than 50 years of combined experience in domiciliary care. Their knowledge, dedication, and commitment to compassionate support have helped establish I-Care as a trusted provider within local communities.

The company began in January 2013 with the takeover of a small agency in Cardiff called I-Care. Since then, I-Care has continued to grow from strength to strength, expanding its services across South Wales. Following the success of the Cardiff branch, additional branches were opened in Swansea — covering Swansea and Neath Port Talbot, and in Cwmbran, supporting clients across Cwmbran, Newport, and Caerphilly.
