'Twas the month before Christmas, when all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse; but the decs are hung up, all ready for show and the Ouma team are waiting, raring to go!
Task lists and calendars all neatly prepared, packed with new projects for the busy month ahead. Still, we've dressed all the windows and put up the tree, Now we're ready for a mince pie and a cocktail or three!
But before we stroll into December, all excited and festive, There's lots to show from this creative collective. Websites and newsletters, brand launches and more, Here's a little round up of the month just before! And what a month it was! True to Ouma tradition, it's never a full house without at least one brand new website launch. Last month, somewhere in between the untangling of tinsel and fairy lights, we managed to successfully breeze our way through five! Yep, you heard it here first - from carpentry to beauty right through to professional development, we've made some truly stunning statements with our most recent website projects.
Our latest website creation was for BePro; leading specialist providers of professional development courses and apprenticeships. Offering qualifications and training to both individuals and organisations, BePro's main goal was to launch a website that offered easy access to course information with quick calls-to-action for potential learners. They asked, we delivered, and it went down a treat!
While websites keep us busy, we all know there's much more to marketing than domain names and hosting packages. Last month, we supported our long-term client, The Oldwalls Collection, with the launch of their brand new in-house product; a delectable gin bottled up in the most sophisticated packaging. Something that tastes and looks this good needs a marketing campaign to match, and we have supported our client with the implementation of social ads and email campaigns. To help support the sale of their exclusive new 'Knot Dry Gin', we also designed, developed a launched a brand new online store. Think marketing is just for consumers and customers? Well, think again! Seren Support understand that good communication starts at home and for many months, have trusted us to design and deliver internal newsletters that their staff just love to read through. Each month, we collate stories and memories from staff members, welcome new people to the team, celebrate birthdays and give a little insight into any of the latest company developments. Seren's last newsletter was filled to the brim with festive artwork and catchy slogans - all perfectly fitting to the Christmas celebrations awaiting us!
As our work schedules continue to grow and our Outlook calendars start to fill up fast, we're all the more grateful for the extra resource we've recently onboarded. Ouma have welcomed two new incredible people to our team and together, they've brought so much talent, insight and creativity. We're certain you'll be seeing much more of Katie and Holly throughout the new year, but for now, say a warm hello to our latest recruits.
We're just weeks away from settling down in front of our favourite Christmas movies, tummies full with an abundance of mince pies and turkey sandwiches - but for some, Christmas presents itself as a lonely and isolated time. We're proud and honoured to have worked alongside Samaritans Cymru on their most recent awareness campaign. The development of our social content, provided in English and Welsh, alongside delivery of targeted ads have worked to raise awareness of the charity's Welsh language line. Our campaign has delivered, and our successful collaboration has meant Samaritans Cymru have been able to support as many people as they can, this winter.
"Thank you so much for your support with the campaign. We have been really impressed by the reach, and our engagement!"
Well, there you have it - the lowdown on the last month at Ouma! Of course, we've wrapped it all up with a few insights we know you really wouldn't want to miss out on - like this one here, where we put our Director, Ross, in the hot-seat and quizzed him on holidays, celebrity dinners and his all-time favourite phone apps! We gave you everything you'll need to know about the benefits of outsourcing your marketing, and our Social Media Executive, Becky, was here to talk you through work-life balance and the importance of spending more time doing what you love most.
Talking of things we love most... is it time to crack open that bottle of Knot Dry Gin yet?
